Test E stopped at 2 weeks, PCT question

ey guys

I started a 12 week run of Test E and this was my first cycle, and 2 weeks or 4 shots into it i developed few different problems. First was anxiety, then high heart pulse, then loss of breath at night, nervousness, and finally probably it looked like i got depressed thinking i am gonna die.
I think my mind too over me and i could not handle what was happening.

Now here i have attached blood work done a day ago and this blood work was done 4 weeks after i stopped my cycle. Before cycle Test Levels were around 300

What kind of pct should I do? I have arimidex, nolva and clomid on hand

As you can see my Test is very low around 77 and my E levels are also low.

Since i stopped my cycle i got better but i am not fully recovered to where i was before the cycle.

Thanks

Run a typical PCT
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/50/50

That should do the trick.

Get bloods 4 weeks AFTER pct ends.

if its only been a couple weeks of test i would just stay off everything and give yourself a couple months to recover. the pct meds might mess with your mind also if you already have issue from test 9which makes me and many others feel btter no worse)
but pct is ok to do also if you wish. dont use the AI. if anything the nolva and clomid if you must

So if I was to wait two months to bring test levels on its own without the meds, and if they don't reach near 300, should i start pct then?

Also when training should i just train high reps low weight or i can inlcude some strength training as well even though i am have low test levels

I have a buddy that can't run juice cuz it gives him anxiety really bad too. You're not alone. Don't worry about pct and give it a few months to recover. Just keep lifting weights the way that works best for you and has been working. You should be fine after awhile. Good luck

Unusual to get anxiety from those compounds at those doses, but as someone has said, every case is unique....

The only compound that gives me high anxiety is Tren, so I make sure everything is right in my head (and body) before a run...

You've done the right thing coming off OP...

I agree with Jozifp, I'd do the standard PCT and get bloods done 6-8 weeks down the line to ensure full recovery.

yeah i would wait and go for bloods. 2 weeks (+ about 2 for the shots to drop out) is not going to be too much shut down nore have you been on long. I would just wait it out IMO.
but if in a couple months things dont look 100% then sure you can do a pct.
2-3 weeks i normally just rec to stop everything, more than that i would rec atleast a small pct.

Another thing that made me stop this cycle was If I felt this bad at the beginning imaging how bad I would feel once the cycle was ended after the 12th week when the high test level drops down to nothing and trying to regain my natural test. I think I would feel way worse.

Thanks for the replies btw.

np,

but heads up the starts of cycles can be worse, specially your first few. it doesnt get worse it get better IMO.
just need to get used to it in a way.
iv had some bad anxiety issues in my life and other than worrying im gonna die and be in a cold sweat of worry the first few pins/cycle LOL, iv been fine.
good luck! : )

Yeah quite often the hormonal fluctuations in the first few weeks can cause the effects you experienced OP. If you were to perhaps ride it out next time you may be able to do this or perhaps it is not for you.
If this were me id do a pct that was fairly mild like nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 50/25/25/25 and get blood work 8 weeks after your pct ends to determine your recovery of hpta function.
