Sup guys,
first off my stats:
6''4
210lbs
9-9.5% bf
192cm
94kg
So this is my cycle im planning on running:
1-4 Test P 100mg/ every 3 days
1-12 Test E 500mg (2x250mg a week)
15-18 Nolva 20mg/day
(Creatine on week 1-8 and 14-20)
(Dexaprine week 10-15)
So my goal is gaining as much mass as possible but ending on 8% bf. So my question is what is the best to do in this situation. I was thinking about bulking the first 9 weeks, then cut 5 weeks and clean bulk when I start with post cycle therapy (pct).
Bulking on 3500-4000kcal a day (200+ grams of proteins/day) cutting on 2500kcal with +-230gr protein/day.
I hear some people saying they are dropping a few % bf on test cycle even when they are 'dirty' bulking, im not sure how much there is true about this. Maybe this is just because they start at a high % body fat?
Any thoughts? All help is appriciated!
