test e weight gain??

When to expect weight gain with test e only cycle? I am finishing with my third week. Intensity has seem to have increased but no weight gain so far. Around week 5 mayb?
 
make sure your eating above maintenance, i would think you would have gained atleast some so far even if it was just water.
 
Yeah, caloric intake is crucial, but like my dude told me, "don't expect any miracles". I'm in week 6 h put on a good 6 lbs. My problem is I burn so many calories w/ the work I do & eating has become a job in and of itself. But the gains are coming, its just more of a slow process than an overnight one.
 
Nothin so far ill check scale again...body comp still same...im trying to prepare for 1st show in june so trying to see how to eat to cute and still benefit from cycle
 
I'm on 500mg of test e a week now and am up about 10 pounds. My first injection of week 5 is tomorrow. I would say a good amount of it is water weight.
 
Ive gained about 5lbs in 4 weeks so far. Also with a diet from 3j so im guessing it'll pick up in the upcoming weeks
 
I heard stress can hinder your gains dont no how true it is but i would just eat good train hard sleep well and just be patient I'm sure everything will be just fine g/l

What plan of 3js are you using and is the food plan really intense I was thinking about giving it a try thanx

Yeah its worth it. I went with the bulking meal. I started it before my cycle, but now that im on its easier to devour all that food. Cant stay full haha anyway 3js the way to go imo
 
I am having great results, just started week 3 and up 6 lbs.
My diet isn't even fully fleshed out yet.
It's partly placebo I believe, keep a positive attitude and KNOW that you are gonna be a beast!

Definitely add some carbs for your post workout meal.
 
in order to gain weight , u will ned to be eating more then maintenece cals for your specific stats . exactly why someone who weighs very little like 140-150 lb should not consider steroids . they believe it will make them gain weight and put on muscle where realy the issue is they are not eating enough to gain weight . to gain weight and gain muescle faster , u need to eat more , basicly bulk , yes fat will come along with it but thats the fastest way . however by week 3-4 most people see some gain in weight just from water retention . i gained a good 10lb in a matter of that time
