Its been 5 years since my last cycle. I've recently been incarcerated and am trying to get back in the shape of my former self. My workout routine seems to have plateaued. My diet is helping, but it seems I could use a boost.
I have 10ml of test-e 250mg and 10ml of test-p on hand, but I could use some experienced advice on dosage and duration.
My current diet is high in protein and dense vegetables, no bread or starch, low sugar, about 1gal+ of water a day.
I'm 5'8", 180lbs, a little chunky right now
Workout routine is a bit sporadic because I have 4 jobs and a baby on the way. However, my main job is extremely physically demanding and provides a bit of repetitive workout. I have a home gym, and if this cycle is anything like my last, I'll be spending all of my free time (what little it may be) in there.
Reading these forum post have given me respect for the opinions on this site and I would appreciate any advice and suggestions you guys have.
