Test Prop, Anavar cycle.

Height= 6'1"
Weight= 215lbs
BF= 11%


I'm looking to start my 3rd cycle.. My first cycle was Sustanon 500mg/week for 12 weeks, Second was Test E 750mg/week for 16 weeks while running 6iu of gh for 6 months.
I was thinking Prop and Var for my next cycle. Looking for advice on length of cycle and doses having not used either before. I was gonna run Aromasin and hcg with the cycle and clomid Nolva post cycle therapy (pct).

I also wanted to switch to AML gear and was wondering how one goes about getting a reference name?

run 150mg prop eod for 12-16 weeks (though for longer cycles test e or c is a better choice) . var at 60-80mg for the last 6-8 weeks . post cycle therapy (pct) starts 5 days after last pin . as far as getting a reference to aml , just wait it out a bit man and keep posting . read some posts , get known and make a few friends

Thx, If I did switch to Test E or C Would 750mg (what I did last cycle) a week be good? and would adding d-bol at the start be a good idea? As for AML I actually got in contact with them and figured it out. Ill be sticking around, been on some other boards just not many posts here. Seems to be good knowledgeable people here though, I think my new forum of choice
