Test prop noobie

Been doing a lot of research, hopefully i don't get flamed this is my first post :/ im gonna do a test prop cycle soon and i found this

"Test prop 100mg EOD, for 8 weeks
PCT nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20 Clomid 100/100/50/50/25/25
Arimidex on cycle. 0.5mg every 2nd day" what exactly are the numbers in between the dashes? can someone explain what i quoted there!

Love Test Prop it's the only ester I would use if it weren't for frequency of injections. Your dose is on point for a small cycle and 8 weeks is always the minimum I think anyone should run a cycle. You should see good clean results. I would drop the Arimidex though, you are on a low dose of Test and Prop does not aromatize as much as longer esters. Arimidex not needed. For post cycle therapy (pct) I would say drop the nolva and just run the Clomid. Clomid always did the job for me running short and low dose cycles. Your not going too long and you aren't doing an insane amount of gear. No need for all those ancillaries.

Those are the doses you would take for that many days or weeks depending on what the poster meant for example if I wanted you to do Clomid for ten days at different doses through out that 10 day period I might put something like this:
150/100/100/100/100/50/50/50/50/50

anything over 100mg of clomid per day and I'm crying like a little bitch, but it is need... the shit makes me too emotional... f I wouldn't go up to 150mg, but that's just my advice and I know many others have the same experience on clomid... for me running it like this has worked well:
week 1: clomid 100mg per day, nolva 20mg per day
week 2: clomid 50mg per day, nolva 20mg per day
week 3,4: nolva 20mg

just a note... clomid is one of the most widely used drugs in the porn biz... they say it thickens loads for the money shots haha (really, no joke)

This was just an example to show him what the dashes meant that he was confused about, not a recommended dosage. I've ran clomid at 50mgs a day from the get go and had a full recovery.

Hey guys I'm a new to this ^_^

From what I understand from this thread Testosterone Propionate along with Clomid is good. I'm interested in the Zyzz planned cycle, however, i'm not sure if that would be the best approach for a 21 yr old guy like me to get those kind of results. What I'm asking for is some help and guidance on how to go about these things lol. I weigh about 160lbs and i'm 5'8. I'm deciding whether or not to purchase clomid and test prop, the other problem is where can I buy them? Does any one have a reliable source in NYC or is there a website I can be referred to? Thank You i'll be waiting for responses.
