I've now completed 3 weeks of my test prop,tren a, and clen cycle. My focus is on dropping bodyfat and maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. Hopefully drop to around 10% or lower.
I plan to run the cycle for 10 weeks, dropping the tren a at week 8 and then upping the test prop to 100mg E.O.D up until week 10.
My cycle is:
50mg test prop E.O.D
75mg Tren A E.O.D
Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
0.5mg of Arimidex E.O.D
1000iu of hcg once a week up until PCT
PCT:
Clomid 100/100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20
Diet calories and macros:
2100-2400- 300g protein,120-140g carbs,50g fats
1x refeed day at maintenance calories (3000-3200) 190g protein 500g carbs minimum fats
Stats are:
5ft11
95kg
14%, (at a guess)
waist is measured at 34.5"
My questions are:
What are your opinions and is there anything I should change or tweek?
I'm looking at adding in anavar at 60-80mg everyday until the end of cycle, would this be okay?
