Been Training for 3 years now
Have a 1st place at a natural show under my belt
1-12 Test Prop - 100Mg EOD
Was Thinking of adding masteron somewhere in here
9-12 Winstrol - 50mg ED
1-12 Arimidex - .25mg EOD
PCT: Clomid & Nolvadex
I will be starting this log on my 4th pin which i did today, just clearing that up. I am also 11 weeks out from my next show which will be on May 10th, so the test prop will be used mainly for trying to keep/build some lean mass while i do some shredding.
So my 4th pin was today, shot it in the left thigh. I havent experienced any problems pinning myself other than some pretty wicked PIP from the Prop, but i can deal with that. I also havent noticed very much in terms of strength or changes in body composition yet but im told i wont really have the feeling of being "on" until the 3rd or 4th week even though its a fast acting esther.
My Strength stats right now are:
Bench: 295 1RM
Deadlift: 455 1RM
Squat: 365 1RM (I have 4 screws in my right knee, i never really go heavier than this)
I will try and keep these stats updated to see where my strength gains are at.
Does anyone have any insight on whether or not masteron would help me during this contest prep? I heard mast and winstrol work well together, but not sure how to include it into this cycle.
