26 years old, 5 years lifting on and off, 5'11'', 260lbs, 16-18% bodyfat. I have done 6 cycles in the past. My last cycle was a 7 months blast and cruise which ended 4 months ago, and I did a 6 weeks PCT with 60/40/40/20/20/20 nolva (aromatase inhibitors get me with a constant PMS, so tend not to take them). When I was blasting was more or less 750mg test e, 100mg a-bomb, 400mg tren e, 16ui slin, cruise was 250 test e with an occasional slin 6ui here and there.
Now, two things happened: 1) I got fat as a fatfuck during this 4 months I was off the juice 2) I started a very strict diet (ketonic) and got back to proper training 3 weeks ago, but I AM NOT LOSING FAT
. Believe me, this simply has never happened to me before; I have always easily dropped 6 pounds a week for months even without juice. Do you think my last heavy blast and cruise mess me up for life or something? My PCT wasn't good? (I always use nolva and it works for me) Did I take too much nolva (I figured a 7 months cycle, needed a 6 weeks PCT at least)? I am simply getting old? I have no idea.
So, not having much idea why I am a fatfuck, I decided to get back on the juice. I have never, ever, done a cutting cycle before, simply because I have no interest whatsoever on dropping to anything below 12%. But this not losing fat thing got me worried, and I decided to do a cutting cycle for 16 weeks and see what happens. Here's my plan:
- Keep it up the ketonic diet as far as I can take it (it will not be much far I think..)
- Cardio 2 times a week (BJJ)
- Use GH for 16 weeks. I have never used it before, I know 16 week is a short period, but I just wanna give it a shot, I am not interested in using it longer than 16 weeks anyway, as this shit is too expensive where I leave, so either I will get results in 16 weeks, or I will not consider using anymore. (i.e. its 16 weeks or nothing, and I wanna see if 16 weeks gets me anywhere)
- Cycle:
1-4 900mg test e, 75mg winnie ed (also never done it before)
4-16 750mg test e
1-16: 2ui GH ed
(IF I lose a sufficient amount of fat: 12-16: 8ui slin ed)
So, I have two questions: (1) Does my cycle works as a cutting cycle? How much fat I am expected to drop in those 16 weeks? (2) Why the fuck I can't drop fat anymore, PCT was shit, age, or blast and cruise mess me up for good?
