days 1 and 2 i eat about 2000 calories (maybe even less), high protein, moderate fat, 0 carbs. whole eggs, olive oil, cheese, any cut of steak, chicken breast, fish, etc etc etc.

day 3 i drop the fats a little bit and load up on carbs. i'll have 2 clean high carb meals so probably like 200g carbs. still keeping the protein high always.

days 4 and 5 - same as days 1 and 2

day 6 follow usual diet as days 1,2,4,5, but with the addition a high caloric, high protein high carb high everything cheat meal. im talking a big bowl of fettucini alfredo with a bunch of chicken.

day 7 - high protein, low fat, moderate carbs

the whole time, except for the day of my cheat meal, i will be staying in the 2000 calorie range.

i am currently on 250mg test cyp a week, 60mg tbol a day, and 50mcg t3 a day training 4-5 times a week.

Sounds like you're going to have monster shits on day 7.

It still comes down to calories out vs calories in. If you're in a deficit after the week is done, you'll lose fat. I would just try to use day 6 carbs to their fullest extent, and train legs that day.

lol, for sure and a painful rear afterwards. But its better to have monster shits each and every day. But e92, you need to up your fiber intake, eat fiber all day long, carry peanuts around with you, you already carry 2 around lol, but really, I know guys who keep a large bowl of peanuts next to their bed at night so when they get those midnight snack temptations the just eat the peanuts there and down it with water. They especially do it before competition week. mix it up with shots of coconut oil as well, coconut oil has been shown to do wonders to shed those unwanted pounds from all the right places and cut you up just how you want to and get that Stallone shredded look from First Blood. Get the organic brand from the Farmers market nearby.
