Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) questions

I've been taking the toremifene for the past 3 days, as well at USP Labs Pink Magic to boost test.

I feel a bit better already, but still tired and my workouts are dismal (don't feel like being there and not feeling strong)

Libido is definitely coming back, so that's nice.

Thats good to hear - keep at it, stay motived and keep trying, Sounds like it might be working. :elephant:

Just got a call back from the doc.
Total test: 425
SHBG: mid range (didn't give a specific number)
Free Test: 2%

Even though I asked for estradiol, he didn't ask the lab to test for it, said it wasn't necessary...

He said he would prescribe Testim to see if I feel better, but wants to do another blood test if I do want to go that route.
I wonder if my levels have changed much since I've been taking the natural test booster and toremifene for the past week?

I'm kind of perturbed that the estradiol wasn't tested for, especially since I asked.
What would you guys do if you were in my place?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I would run the full 4 weeks of PCT as layed out earlier.

Then go back, request lab work including estrogen. Tell him if he wont check it - you will take your business elsewhere.

I had the same problem with a Urologist that you describe. He put me on Testim, 5 mg. per day (1 tube) and my Test level went from 145 to 395 after 3 months. He upped the dose to 7.5 mg. (1 1/2) tubes per day and my test level went to 600 after 3 more months. I told him I didn't feel much better and he said "Like Jack Nicholson said, "That's as good as it's gonna get."..." I asked him what my estradiol and free test levels were and he told me he doesn't test for them unless there's a problem. Dude, don't you think the testim not working constitutes a problem? Uro's suck, go see a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) specialist. I called one guy in Fla. and they were going to fly me down and do all the testing in one day, only problem was it's expensive as hell and it's not covered under health insurance.

This sounds sooooo familiar. A few years ago I was told the same thing.
