Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to cycle to post cycle therapy (pct) to TRT

TRT to cycle to PCT to TRT

Got a friend who is on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (200mg Cyp p/w) who wants to go on cycle. That's the easy part. What I wanna know is should he be taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) / Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while on cycle and when he comes off does he need to do a PCT because he will be going straight back to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
I'm not on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so I didn't know to answer his question. Any help from those on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) would be greatly appreciated.

What is the protocol to running a cycle on TRT.
I think my buddy chose

sust500 weeks 1-13 .75ml 2x p/w total 750mg p/w
Test p 250 weeks 1-5 .5ml EOD avg 375mg p/w
Maybe running Test P 250 weeks 14-16 EOD to finish up
Running adex .25ml EOD throughout.

For his testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) script he's on test c 200 1x per week. Which he will resume on week 14.

As I understand it, no PCT needed.

Will he need anything else. I.e Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), nolva on cycle etc.

Any help you testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys can provide is much appreciated

That's a really beefy cycle... What other cycles has he run before? Why not just continue with the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose and add something to it (TRT + More test c)

I'm not sure I like where this is going, honestly... He doesn't need to play around with his testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc and miss blood work and appointments. I waited 6 months before trying to run a cycle because once I saw the doc enough he was happy and cut me loose for 6 months. You can't effectively run a cycle and get cleared up for official blood work in a 2 month span.

I am currently on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 200 test c 3x month....I am starting a cycle of 300mg Test c a week with Tbol 50mg ED for 5 weeks and then just test at 300-400 mg / week for 7 weeks...plan to go back to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose after....My test levels were really low so I may stay somewhere in the middle afterward...like 250mg 3x month....I plan to get bloods about week 6 to see where my test is to gauge it. On my old testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) does the highest my test ever went was like 450....So Im hoping to see a higher number mid cycle.

Part of your problem with low test levels is your schedule. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) of 200mg 3x mo is not appropriate no matter what your doc tells you.

You should pin at least once per week min, but 2x is much better for stability. I feel much better at 100mg 2x per wk than I do at 200mg 1x.

How long after last pin do you run your labs?

This "guy" doesn't seem to be anywhere near ready to run a cycle. He needs to figure out what he is doing on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) first. And please don't take this the wrong way, but you should not be portraying yourself as an adviser to him. Seems like you are still in the just learning phase too. Don't let him make the mistake of thinking you are an expert and can guide him through this safely.

He is 28 and they found testicular cancer in his nut so they had to remove it. He only has 1 good nut.

I agree 100%. I have ran several cycles over the years. I know whats good for me through countless hours of research, trial by error and hard work. The dude is gonna do what he wants with my approval or not. He just too damn lazy to do the research on his own. I told him I would help with the diet aspect of it and post some questions out on the forum for him but since I'm not on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I have no idea how he needs to build and run his cycle. I can only lend my opinions but he needs to figure out the hard part.

How long ago was his cancer removed and is he cancer free? Usually take 3-5 years before they really deem you cancer free. If not, the higher levels of Test from even testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can be a risk to growing any latent mets.

I had testicular cancer , 1 nut removed and radiation treatments. Doc. didnt want to put me on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) until minimum 3 years post radiation. My levels were down in the 30's. They did start to come back a little bit, I think the high was 125 after 4 years. The doc. then put me on 200mgs cyp wk and checked my blood for both Test levels and tumor markers every 8 weeks. I am 9 years cancer free and still on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at 300mgs wk and my levels are around 650.
