to start off with this is my first post on this forum, so please go easy onme if im saying something wrong or asked a stupid question
Im planning to start a testviron depot only cycle as my first cycle, is this a good idea, ive been told to add take 500mg for the first few weeks and then drop to 250 mg by the end, but my trainer also asked me to take menabol 2mg with this, as ive been reading on this forum everyone is suggesting to take test only cycle, so here i am.
even though this is my first cycle , ive been training for quite a while, its been 2 years now that im training regularly, started off as 95 kg guy, dropped weight by taing and diet, reached 63 kgs, bulking since a year now, my current stats are
5.9", 73 kgs
Bench 155 lbs
Squat 230 lbs
Deadlift 250 lbs
Im doing the generic bulking routine, planning to switch it to 2 bodypart 2wice a week form monday...
So my final question is should i do TEST ONLY CYCLE for my 1st experience, how long to should a cycle be, how much to take for muscle gains without a lot of fat gains my main goal is to bulk right now and see muscle gains, will cut later.
And also what is TEST E?
What is an ideal cycle for a person like me
