What the hell is the 1/6/12? As Marc explains in his latest article, it’s a classic lifting program used back in the days when men were men. Of course, Marc has refined it a little and runs through some examples to put to practice. Put simply, 1/6/12 is a great routine for strength and hypertrophy.

i quickly browsed....i'm not a fan of all the guesswork/calulating of my 1/6/12...nor can i really occupy two areas at my gym for this long and loading the plates on and off and back on and off...seems like a pain in the ass
