when i log onto any board the first section i always go to is the training logs of the members. this is where you will find the best advice you gonna get or give on any training forum. i love reading this stuff and watch the progression of a lifter over a given time. plus pick up new training ideas and can see how they actually fit in and work. i could care less about what kinda burgers you eat or when you went to bed. i want to see the movements/reps/sets/and pounds moved week in week out. i am more impressed to see a guys squat go from 135 to 185 in 12 weeks than a guy who squats 405 week in and week out.
so for all you guys giving training advice time to ante up and start really helping by posting your log in the journal section. there are already a handful of guys posting over there. it don’t matter if you bench 105 or 505, that’s not the point. the point is by posting your routines its like having 1000 workout pards who are looking to see where you at and if you missing workouts and what not. beleive me when you know you gonna post a log it is a motivating factor to stay consistent with workouts. and to push for that extra rep or lb on the bar.
