The one exercise to never skip if wanting to put on mass. Per body part af applicable.

Legs=Squats
Etc.

legs= squats
back=deadlift
chest=bench
shoulders=military press
abs=squats
traps=deadlift
tris=bench
bis=straight bar curls


Just my opinion.
 
tris=close grip bench or close grip dips
Hamstrings=stiff legged deadlifts
abs= ball crunches
deadlifts=traps, back, and lower back
Other then that i agree with slobberKnocker

Shoulders/front presses
Back/rows
Bis/easy bar curls
Tris/close grip
Hams /deads
Chest /bench
Traps /heavy db shrugs
Abs/machine crunches
Feel the movement.....
 
Chest - I like inclines
Back - Deads
Bi's - Barbell curls
Tri's - Weighted Dips
Shoulders - Dumbell Press
Abs - Hanging Leg Raises
Traps - DB Shrugs
Glutes - Squats
Quads - Squats
Hams - SLDL
Calves - Standing Calf Raise
