Perfect for first thing in the morning or post workout:
Add into a blender,
2 whole egg, 8-12 egg whites or egg beaters in the cartons
1-2 cups of cooked oatmeal
1 cup of fruit
1 cup of water
and blend then gulp down and enjoy! The consistency of the egg whites goes away so its actually easy to drink without gagging. Its helped me add alot more calories and protein into my diet
