The MAN Shake

Perfect for first thing in the morning or post workout:
Add into a blender,
2 whole egg, 8-12 egg whites or egg beaters in the cartons
1-2 cups of cooked oatmeal
1 cup of fruit
1 cup of water
and blend then gulp down and enjoy! The consistency of the egg whites goes away so its actually easy to drink without gagging. Its helped me add alot more calories and protein into my diet

2 Cups Skim Milk
1/2 cup raw oats
1/2 large banana
2 tbs peanut butter
1 scoop Whey to Build Muscle Cinnamon flvr

Blend and enjoy.

Haha damn meathead way to make my shake sound like it tastes like shit hahah! That does sound yummy. You can add any of those into my shake for extra calories but I just like using the egg whites because i know im actually getting a certain amount of protein. Ive been doubting supplement companies lately and wondering if im actually getting the amount of protein they claim is in there so thats why

6 raw egg whites
5oz canned albacore tuna
1/4 cup wheat germ
1tbsp hot sauce
2 cups water

Blend and attempt to choke down.

Nutrition Facts:
346 calories, 62g protein, 15g carbs, 4g fiber.
