The new guy needs help on his cutting cycle :)

Hey guys!

I had been following threads and advice on this website for about a year or so, but then life came at me fast. I recently overcame my personal issues by going back to the gym. I am ready to get going again, but I have about 30 pounds of fat to lose (I have dropped 23 already). I have been following a strict ketogenic diet protocol and have seen some great results. I am ready to step it up a notch and blast the remainder of the fat off me before even attempting a bulk. I have been doing some research on winny, var, T3, test, and tren cutting (stacks and stand alone) and am really wanting some suggestions. Obviously, everyone's body is different, but I would really appreciate some input on what has worked for you... As an added bonus, please give me some input on weather or not going into ketosis is a good idea in combination with gear.

Thank you, in advance, for your time!

First of all it is a Sunday evening. Be patient.

You can't "blast" fat off with AAS. It doesn't work that way. You need to lose the far first before you run a cycle. Otherwise you will have major problem with estrogenic side effects.

And you can't run a cycle without testosterone assuming you are a male.

Can you give us you age, height, weight, body fat %, and training experience? That will help us advise you better.

I have been training for 5 years. Initially I started at 324 lbs and did cardio for 9 months streight on a ketogenic diet. Dropped 124 pounds, at which point I began lifting, so my weight training has been going on for roughly 4 years. I have one cycle under my belt (Andropen) as well as 7 PH cycles. I have heard that test is always a good base to any cycle, but I have also heard that to gain full benefits of the test, you must also have a fair share of carbs (which may not be good for fat loss?)
