Everyone has body parts they perceive as 'lagging' as well as those they see as the strong muscle groups of their physique.
What about catching lagging body parts up?
What about proportion? I, for instance, have a 245lb BBer's set of traps on top of my 185lb frame... Really disproportional.. So what to do? Not work traps.. or not work traps as much..? Or say fuck it, my traps are huge, and continue to work them as hard as I would any other muscle group?
