Well thats it for now..Anyone know why he used to train with no shoes??In our gym u get thrown out for not wearing any.Id like to see the ass manager at our gym throw Arnie out..
 
He maybe felt it was easyer with, Its not nice if someone does, germs and shit + some ppl have smelly feet.

Who cares if they have smelly feet or not? Everyone in the gym is sweating like crazy so nobody smells nice. They just don't wanna get sued because you drop a weight on your bare feet.

Great pics btw. Arnold is my favorite and seeing his pics never cease to motivate me.
 
As for not training with shoes. I don't think he had a reason other than when he did calf work.

He found that he was able to get a better stretch. When you have shoes on some of the rubber on the bottom allows you to use it to help push the weight up - u can go down and up and get a better contraction without shoes.
