Some ideas from what I've seen other guys go through....
1. Check your diet for acne-inducing foods (tend to be specific to some people).
2. Get a back brush or scrubber. Exfoliating your back when you shower will help drain current acne and help prevent clogged pores.
3. WASH YOUR BED LINEN REGULARLY, esp. if you sweat a lot when you sleep. It traps dirt and body oil which only rubs into the skin as you sleep.
4. Try showering before bed. A clean body has less junk to trap in the skin while sleeping.
5. Hit a tanning bed. A lot of my body acne went away with just once a week sessons. The UV kills the acne bacteria very well
6. Pantothenic acid seemed to help a little but by no means is 100% also some anti-biotics help clear skin before using harsher drugs such as accutane.
