but my biggest goal is to properly learn how to use the equipment.
 
Right now I am sitting at 222lbs. I started a new job and right now I don't know how much time I am going to have it these first few months to get 100% focused on bodybuilding. Hopefully I don't lose too much time. If things go well I hope to be a solid 240 by mid-spring.

I'm going to be following a DC routine. I am very confident with the workouts and I think I have a good idea on the diet required. I have 60lbs of Whey at home, so my supplement needs are taken care of. I don't think my goal is unrealistic is I can put 100% into things.

After Christmas the fun starts!

where pretty similar

squat 600
dead 600
raw bench 405-450

also learn to use these things in order
get a GHR
get a bench shirt
squat suit
somewhere during the latter half of the year add chains/bands to my training
 
Id be happy to squat mid 5's and pull 7 off the rack. Maybe 6 off the floor. I also might diet down to single digit BF for the first time in my life.

i want to bench 180 raw and 225 shirted.
i want to get my deadlift back to where it was before i sprained my back.
and i'd like to drop 20 lbs and become a supermodel.
