third cycle, need advice/ clarification on pct products.

Hi guys; quite a few questions to ask! and am hoping someone will be able to help me out.

Basically just wanting to begin putting together a layout for my third cycle. I'm after opinions/advice/Reviews on products which suit my goals; Advice on suitable PCT for such a cycle; any tips to do throughout the cycle to assist your body in remaining in a healthy state. I am after a cycle which won't be "hard" to come back from, nor do I want it to supress the shit out of me, Short to medium length esters are more my thing. Pct is more important to me then being on cycle so if anyone has advice on pct products I would like to hear your opinion.

a friend of mine has recommended if I was to take another test only cycle the Pct should be as followed

Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/50/50
HCG - (still yet to figure dosages but have heard to run during the 2nd half of cycle to ensure a good balance is kept between gains and smoother transition?
Beast super test (OTC test booster)
IGF-1 sub injection peptide (assist to keep body in anabolic state)
Lots of vitamin C ? can someone please clarify why one would take Vitamin C post cycle? or how you would benefit?

Goals - Lower body fat; Increase strength; increase Lean muscle mass.

My first 2 cycles were both test only as I wanted to 'test' the waters so to speak, they were as follows
1st (sus 250) ran @ 1.5ml for total of 10 weeks.
2nd (sus250 + test E)
Test E ran @ 2.0ml per week for 1-5 weeks
sus 250 ran @ 1.5 ml per week for 1-10 weeks.

age - 21
weight - 85kg's
training background - consistently training for 5 years, seriously training for the last 3. primarily strength and conditioning.
Bench, Deadlift, Squat; 150kg;180kg;140kg(deep)


would really appreciate any feedback and any advice.

What were your results like with the first 2 cycles (results for both please)? what were your strength and lean muscle mass increases like? how much or your weight gain was water retention? also what did you use for PCT's in the past?

Your young as hell to be using steroids. You didnt do pct for the first two cycles?
 
Hi guys; I appreciate the reply's. I can definitely appreciate that I am young for usage however I don't use these products to look good, I use them as a tool to take me to my fullest potential within the gym. I'm not really after a magic pill so to speak

my results for the first cycle where surprisingly good considering low dosage.
my strength gains went up, body fat came down. my drive within the gym went through the roof which surprised me because naturally I have the drive to train 3 times a day 7 days a week if I wanted. However I sticked to a 5 week split of weight training. Virtually no water retention and lean muscle mass increased by a few kg's. which I managed to keep most of.
my PCT for the cycle was somewhat un-educated, I had been given dodgy advice so instead found myself coming towards the end of my first cycle and sought after OTC pct products.

My second cycle was
test P - wks/1 - 5 @2ml/PW split into 3 injections
sus 250 - wks/1-10 @ 1.5 ml/PW split into 2 injections.

again with this cycle great recovery/ drive within the gym. water retention slightly higher. lean muscle mass increased however did not manage to drop the same amount of body fat. my pct for this cycle is described in the lower half of my original post.

Well no doubt you are a little young to be using gear but as long as you continue to seek as much knowledge as it seems you have been you are fully aware of the possible outcomes. I would assume that the recommended PCT in your first post would be just fine for another Test only cycle IMO.
I ran Sustanon 250 for 12 weeks, 3 onecc injections per week and ran Anadrol for the first 50 days @50mgs a day and all I used for PCT was Nolva and Clomid at the same dosages you mention in your post and I had no problems with that.
