2415 kcals

600 cal deficit, so ill see how this play out for the remaining 2 weeks, and hopefully increasing my fat intake will dry me out abit more :), we will see
And threw the damn peanut butter out of this house lol, and chomping on more greens, post workout meal here, meal # 4 out of 5

Just to address some of the broscience going on in this thread:

1) matt looks flat because low carb diets cause glycogen depletion within the muscle - hence your muscles look smaller. Its glycogen & water loss NOT muscle tissue loss.
Provided the performance in the gym is maintained, he isn't losing muscle, especially on gear.

2) Protein intake should be anywhere from 1.25-1.5g/lbm for people with a bf% like matt, anymore is just overkill.
You may go up to 2g/lbm if your deep into single digit bf, but it isnt a must.

So matt ignore all the bullshit about the above points & keep up the good work.

Believe me i know what i'm talking about...i've done 10 shows in 4 years ! Words don't mean nothing without facts and fact is that Matt is still there doin' his job....nice and cut . If your gym has a pool hit some laps bro your looking good get those abs a bit more pumped and you will look like a boss!

Agreed bro, I think another 1 to 2% bf loss to get down to 8% or maybe 7 would def gets those abs poppin and get rid of the last bit of stubburn fat, just not satified of where I am at right now, but anybody that is serious into this never will be satified nomatter what people think or say always will be striving to be better, where my obsession disorder kicks into high gear!
But I rarely hit my abs tho, maybe once a week, 3 or 4 sets thats it
