looking lean as fuck! im jealous ...just finished a bulk and topped at 200lbs 5 foot 4 .. 12-15%bf ..started my cut today!

My calipers as of today got me at 7% bf using the jackson 3 point, so we will see tomorrow
2 weeks left so time to bring it to the home stretch

Just curious, how much cheating have you done with the pb lately lol? Half a tub seems like a tonne of extra cals, you still look great. Have you been gettin steady progress even with the cheats? Just trying to gauge how much damage they have done.

Yeah should be interesting, thought I was higher last time lioe maybe 11 or 12% before I got scanned and wound up at 10.1% at 192lbs, so we will see tomorrow :), appt is at 10:15am which works out perfect cause u have to fast for 8 hours
Only thing that sucks is I got a tiny bit of loose skin in my ab section so putting on some lbm on a lean bulk should hopefully take care of that problem, as when I carb up it then tightens up, so it should hopefully fix that issue

Lowest I went on this cut was 173lbs lol, added in tren for 8 weeks and recently droped it and back on my cruise for the last 3 weeks and sitting at 190lbs as of saturday before my refeed yesterday, so kinda pumped to see where my bf is at right now

Heard theorys on pb not making much of a difference getting fat even eating half to a whole tub every few days, as some people claim it doesnt spike your insulin, I dunno how true this is but I def dont want to try eating a tub every few days to find out haha
Some people claim they even got leaner eating more pb lol, there sure is a wackmof cals tho like 80 cals per 15g a tub is usually 750g lol

So so on this, now I know I need to cut out the Pb lol .6% bf gain in a month, but on the plus side gained 2lbs of muscle, give or take need to get serious these next few weeks and cut out the pb at night time

You put the pictures up for constructive criticism I assume so here goes. You look very, very flat. Yes your body fat is low but that's not the only thing you should be striving for. You could be a whole lot fuller. Your biceps need a lot of work. Your shoulders are OK but your chest is flat. I think a lot of your problem is you just need more muscle and time in the gym. You have very long arms so it's going to be a bit hard to get them looking good. And what about your legs???? I'm giving you a bodybuilding critique with that. If your just doing this to go to the beach and impress chick's then your good.
 
Just a critique or conclusion to that comment, understand people when u are depleted for quite abit of time u are somewhat going to look flat, but when u start out with lower bf and put on some lean mass thats when everything shines, thanks for your critique tho bro
As I wasnt going to chop this long, as my body and mind is starting to fight back, but 2 more weeks left I think I can manage that and hopefully now get down to single digits
Made a switch to my diet as well
275p, 150c, 70f, increased the fats, for a total of 2415 kcals, more greens and nomore pb

I think if you started eating now, where your at you would look a lot better. I don't see the reason to get any leaner than you are

I have no probs in the eating dept. Lol, once I bulk I easily gain
Its kinda fun seeing how low u can go actually lmao, more veins start poppin out and def more stares and comments, I would love to reach 8% for my mind and goals now
I gained 4lbs on in a month ( cycling carbs), 2 lbs being muscle, 1.6lbs being fat, not bad and up to 194lbs from 190lbs at 10%bf, cant wait what a lean bulk would do for me

Good to see you followed through with the plan matt, well done :)

Just to address some of the broscience going on in this thread:

1) matt looks flat because low carb diets cause glycogen depletion within the muscle - hence your muscles look smaller. Its glycogen & water loss NOT muscle tissue loss.
Provided the performance in the gym is maintained, he isn't losing muscle, especially on gear.

2) Protein intake should be anywhere from 1.25-1.5g/lbm for people with a bf% like matt, anymore is just overkill.
You may go up to 2g/lbm if your deep into single digit bf, but it isnt a must.

So matt ignore all the bullshit about the above points & keep up the good work.
