three different Omnas

Hey, I need some help here.
I'm sure that the one on the right hand side is real, but what about the other two?

Did some more research and found out that the one on the left hand side and the one on the right hand side are real.

Now I need your help. Did nobody ever see those Omnas with the "A" on them???

They all look a little to full. The fluid level should not pass the line at which you pop the ampule. Looks a little fishy. I had the same omnas but the were all the same lot and expiry date. All of their fluid levels were below the break line.

The fluid level doesn't pass the line. I just had them upside down.

C'mon guys. As I said I'm sure the one withe the "Y" (they came in the new box) is real but what about the other two (came without a box)? And I was not able to find them anywhere on the net.
