About a year ago i took steroid for the first time cypionate and ethanate. I took it for 3 months on one month off and 3 months on. After 3 months off i experience a lot of weight gain and fatigue. I was 180lbs and now im 220lbs and its not all muscle. So recently got some blood work done and the results came back i have trouble with my thyroid not working. The Doc said shes going to check it again and if its not in range im going to have to be on meds for the rest of my life. Is there a way to get my Thyroid working again? Also do you guys think steroids are the cause?

Can you post your lab results? And detail out your cycle and PCT? Pre-cycle labs would be very helpful as well.

Never got a copy of the lab results but i will. Cycle was test cypionate and ethanate for 3 months on one month off and 3 months on. For Pct i took clomid.

Yeah I would be curious to see the full lab results as that is what we need. Depending what your thyroid numbers are including TSH reading, we can help you out. There are several ways to fix thyroids and I generally try to fix and balance without meds first but again, we need the blood work. Get in the habit to always get copies of blood work before you leave the doctors office. It's your right as a patient to get that paperwork. Remember, YOU are your own best doctor!!

Ill get it sometime next week and post them up. Thanks

Big mistake not getting bloodwork, but put it past you. Did you have hypo/hyperthyroid symptoms. You never said. How do you feel? I'm assuming you have hypo levels. Do you have any fatigue? If so, how long have you had it for? when did it start?
