The rule of thumb is time on cycle = time off cycle

Any chance the time off cycle can be shorter
I did 600 mg of test e for 10 weeks
So , could I go back to cycling sooner than 10 weeks ?

the time on = time of mentality comes from the old school days when we used it as a basic guide line. hell years ago I was even saying it. you need enough time off to recovery and maintain that reovery to go back on, so it could mean a lot longer then 10 weeks.

Mmmm ... U see ,,, time on = time on

I don't think so

Running 500 mg test e + 600 mg of tren e EW for 8 weeks

And u think u r ready for ur next cycle just taking 8 weeks off

It depends on the compounds u r running and for sure the doses

I would say time on = time off works for test only cycle ( mild doses)

Full recovery is a must if u don't want to fuck up ur self

IMO

I had originally thought it was:
time on + pct= time off.

But when I joined here, I learned that the ONLY way to really know if you're ready is bloodwork.

IF and i say IF bloodwork shows full recovery you could start again . if your not going to bother recovering between cycles you might as well stay on the 1st cycle longer.

exactly... not worth putting your body in constant transition mode
