Time for my 1st cycle.

1st cycle , have been researching for quite some time now.

Age: 24
Height: 5'10
Weight: 175
Bodyfat: 13%

My cycle will be a test only cycle and will look like this.

Week 1-12: Test Cypionate @ 500ml/week. 250ml pinned monday morning, 250ml pinned thursday afternoon. Will rotate pins from right glute, left glute, right quad, left quad.

week 1-12: Liquid Stane (AI) @ 12.5mg EOD

18 days after last pin: post cycle therapy (pct) = Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50 ED

Will be consuming 3500 calories a day at a 40/40/20 split. (pro/carb/fat) with 2+ gallons of water daily.

supplemets: 4 fish oil pills, 2 mens multis, 2 apple cider vinegar caps/ day

Training 5 days a week
monday: chest + triceps (light)
tuesday: shoulders + traps
wednesday: back + biceps (light) + forearms
thursday: legs + abs
Friday: triceps + biceps
saturday: off (cardio)
sunday: off (cardio)

I'm not 100% on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage, so any advice is appreciated.

Another question I have is, if I have test left over after my 12 weeks, should i finish it off and up my cycle to 13 or 14 weeks? I have on hand 3 10cc vials of test @ 250ml/1cc.

Your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage seems fine, some take aromasin ED or EOD at that dosage. I suggest that you start off E2D with 12.5mg and get a lab done 2 weeks after to see where your E is at and add/reduce based on results and symptoms of course. Reason why you want to start slow is to make sure you don't crash your E2. You may not aromatize that much (you don't know yet since you've never cycled before) of course if you begin to feel the effects of high E2 then increase Aromatase inhibitor (AI) frequency...

Your post cycle therapy (pct) seems fine but Nolva is normally ran 1 week longer than clomid. Read up the standard post cycle therapy (pct) sticky by DET-OAK, I think it's well written and to the point.

The standard first cycle is 12 weeks, you may not have as much left over as you think and if you do save it for your 2nd cycle, IMO.
 
If you're doing arms on Friday, drop them on chest and back day. Pick one or the other and you'll be fine.
 
As far as the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), due to the half life of aromasin it is best to dose this every day. If you go with that dose just do 6.25mg a day and increase if needed. Your workout routine looks like a bit too much. I would scale down to 3-4 days a week if I were you. Remember, if your not growing you just need to increase calories, the more you grow the more you'll have to eat so you may have to keep going up gradually.
