Time Off

Hey guys when you are considering your time off from cycle do you count the post cycle time.

I ask because I finished a 6 week cycle, and want to wait the 6 weeks off (well I don't want to but will for the health and such) however my post cycle is going to be at least 3 weeks long. Would y'all wait 6 or 9 weeks?

I lean toward 6 total but would love informed opinions to the contratrary.

I think it's a matter of personal opinion, depending on; how well you've recovered, blood work results, your goals, length of previous cycle, etc.

SC is right...I generally go to the doctor before, during and after cycle...i check my self with him while nearing the end of my post cycle therapy...

i have found that even on a ten week cycle, i have been cleared by 5 weeks...but i still chilled out for an extra week...

i am however still an advocate of time on = time off if you have no access to a doctor that you can feel you can talk to, or if you just dont have benefits, or means for a doctor...
