Time off?

Hey guys I'm on my 4th week my first cycle of test e 500 mgs a week and 40 mgs Anavar a day. Things are coming along great! I want to thanks to all you guys for the advice that keep me educated on the subject. My question is how much time off should you take off between cycles after you finish pct?

This varies for everyone. The typical answer is time on + post cycle therapy (pct) = time off. So if you ran ten weeks then two weeks to start a four week post cycle therapy (pct) you would have 16 weeks off. The problem is not everyone recovers in that time and others recover a lot faster than that. If you really want to get back on soon get blood work 2 to 4 weeks after post cycle therapy (pct) to see if you recovered but you need a baseline from before your cycle.
