time on should be equal to time off, starting after pct.

Time Off=Time on+PCT

I use it on it's own. Depends on how harsh of a cycle you did tbh. No two cycles are created equally.

you can, but it's better to run clomid with it....or even clomid by itself is better than nolva IMO.

thanks all i was orignaly told to do 10 week on 4 week off how long do u normaly run the pct after for ? if i was to get clomid and nolvadex
