"Time on = Time off" question

When we are saying Time On........how do you guys look at it?

For example.......my current cycle will run 12 weeks, followed by 2 weeks of HCG/Nolva, and then 3 more weeks of Clomid.............so is my Time On 12 weeks ..........or 17 weeks?

Just curious to your guys' opinions.

Personally, I do not count the time I am on clomid as "on." I also think that time on = time off is fairly conservative, but it probably depends how how advanced you are. I am at a point where it's nearly impossible to make gains naturally, so I try to find any justification for keeping my off periods as short as possible. If you can still grow naturally, you may want to take longer breaks than the amount of time you were on.

I completely agree with xtinct. If your new to the game or have not yet reached your genetic limit then I would suggest going the extra time and consider clomid as 'on' time. Personally I am at a point that I dont though.

I would say that the time that you are on clomid and Nolva is "on time" because you are taking a something to keep your estrogen down. I count clomid as "on time" when I am on it. "off time" to me is the four to six weeks b/w cycles where you are not taking anything.

If clomid therapy is considered time on, then your 10 week cycle, + 2 weeks of nada + 2 week clomid therapy becomes then 14 weeks, so an additional 14 weeks would then be needed of recoup.

From what I understand most people simply dont count clomid time, so your 10 + 2 + 2 cycle is still counted as 10 weeks recoup time AFTER your clomid recoup is done, if you were to follow that "rule." This then becomes 24 weeks for a complete cycle, instead of 28.

Just wanted to clarify.

I count clomid time and being off also.
I only stay off for a total of 2 months then i'm on again for 6 months...
