time to clean up my bulk and switch to a completely clean bulk

here is a little bout me.

weight-192
height 5'10
age 21

I am a typical ecto and need to be eating all the time to gain weight.
Here is the thing, I am a college student and i have 3 meals at the cafeteria(which is imposible for me to calorie count), then 3 more consist of tuna and oats. I keep my protein at 2grams of protein per lb of body weight. Sometimes i throw in some icecream and sometimes i will hit up the drive through fast food and have some burgers, i been doing this for the winter, and its working. I ahve put on some nice size, I still have abs, but they arent as tight as they were when i was 175lbs,but i am alot bigger all around which is what i want this is also due to heavy compound movements which are working well(thanks pullin). I drink lots of whole milk as well.
I dont want to cut nor do i think i need to, because i need to put on more mass all over especially on my legs.

I was considering doing a acouple things

- switching to skim milk
-no ice cream at all
-no fast food burgers

As for my cardio, it consists of brazillian jujistsu\mixed martial arts 2-3 times a week.

tuna and oats dont work for an ecto, hell they really dont work to build solid mass. you need meat and potatoes bro. throw in some whole eggs. you shouldnt be eating ice cream anyway. basically cut out food with little to no nutritonal value like sugars, (ice cream, pastries,sodas,etc) the burgers might actually help you.

also you wont stay that tight while adding a good amount of muscle quick, especially if you are eating like that. a clean bulk is lean steaks, chicken breasts, eggs, protein powder for protein. oats, brown rice and potatoes like yams or baby reds for carbs, and EFA's for fats along with natty pb. also include alot of green leafy vegetables. make 6-7 meals out of those and you are good to go.

i am endo and can pack on muscle quick, but i have a hell of a time trying to get any leaner, it sucks.
 
as for the icecream, i wasnt eating it everyday, i would allow myslef a cheat bowl once a week along with mabey a chinese buffet.

yeah i eat salads, natty pb is stocked in my fridge. I stick to tuna, sliced turkey, steak, and oats\potatoes and brown rice. I am honeslty sick of tuna, but i switched over to sliced turkey breast and chicken breasts.

Now since i am havier than i was in dec, i make sure i uped my food intake ot accomidate my new muscle. My goal here is 200lbs, but that will take time, and I got lots of that.
