Hi to all,i am on second week on test tren cycle,tren a dosage 500-600 and before,i always prefered the weider routine but now dont have access to the gym but anyways i am growing eating,losing fat at the same time and training with free weight.
my questions is: for example,Can i train abs from monday to friday instead M-W-F? and the same with the other muscles then resting weekend?
i will post when more weeks pass cause the changes are like every 3 days as always.
I am waiting to get winny for add 50mg ed the rest of the summer and on august will try 100mg winny ed ( on august is my birthday haha) never tried winny at 100mg anyways,only know that when i was training hard on my days didnt used much winny cause dry joints so hard at 50mg and couldnt train hardcore with high weights,now i am combining free weight and dumbbells.
