Normally when Im off a cycle, I like to workout for approx an hour per workout to overload my muscles.
I just wanted a few peoples opinion on what how long you workout during a cycle? Do you stay around the 1 hour range or do you guys workout longer and harder because the muscle recovery time is quicker?
