I am not quite sure, but I see so many posts with people asking when their gear will kick in,(using long acting esters) and saying they are consuming a ton of calories and are into their 2nd or 3rd week of a cycle.If a long acting ester takes say 4-5wks to kick in should I not continue to eat normally untill that point? Why add addtional calories that are not at this point being metabolized at a high rate due to the gear not yet having a full anabolic effect on my system. And I am thinking when the gear does kicks in, my body will let me know it is time to eat. Then on the other hand if a fast acting ester such as prop is used to front load, should addtional calorie consumption begin immediately.Trying to get this all figured out, should be starting my 1st cycle soon.
