Timing workouts on TRT.....

So I just started getting trt, test cyp once a week. From what I can tell the half life is around 3 to 4 days. Is that right? If I got a shot on day one how should I plan my workouts, or does it matter?
If I want the most impact for squat days, which day should I squat. If I rested 2 days when should I do that?

Are you self injecting? If so do two shots a week and a train as you would normally.
 
All of my stuff is pre-loaded syringes 250mg per ml, I just front load smaller syringes and re-cap the pre-filled syringes once I'm done, haven't had an issue yet.
 
If you are that concerned with when your levels peak and how they will affect your workouts, just pin twice every week instead of once. Test C has a half life closer to 5.5-7 days, so by pinning twice a week you will maintain fairly stable test blood levels.

If your concern is regarding energy level, by pinning twice per week you will avoid having those days where you feel like complete shit due to plummeted test level. This also depends on your dose, but no way in hell would I be able to squat on my 7th day after an injection with my current protocol (if I injected only once a week... doc prescribed once every 2 weeks ffs).
