tips and tricks to better form

Now we all know great form makes the world of difference and it comes with time in the gym to truly learn form. But after the basics I want to start this thread to give the new guys the finer parts to form so if you have something that really made a difference in a workout let's start a thread here for that.

With that being said I'm gonna go with bicep and tricep workouts. I found that how a place my hands on a bar and how I have my wrists make a huge difference in getting a good pump and burn. I take my wrists completely out by bending them back a little on curls taking the forearms out of the equation which gives more concentration to the biceps.

So what are your guys little tips and tricks that made a huge difference in your workouts.
 
Bis and tris, high reps, 25-30 proper form, just enough weight so theres some tension. Or, do 12 reps but dont start counting the 12 until it starts to burn.

I had a hard time with back until I did 2 things. 1- I imagine chains at the elbows pulling them back and focus on pushing back my elbows, nut pulling the weight. 2- I also with each contraction imagine im squeezing a pencil in between my shoulder blades. Really improved my back.
 
^^^ I think about a tennis ball in the middle of my back but to each there own. But that makes the world of difference in hitting back.
 
For calves i always make sure quads are flexed the whole time and knees are locked out and flex the tibialis anterior on the bottom of the movement to allow you calves to achieve a full stretch. The bottom part of the movement is most important as the top half gets worked constantly throughout the day as we walk and basically do anything on our feet.

180 views and 5 comments. Everyone can bash rookies for asking a question but can't help them in a thread like this. If this one gets going it would be a great thread to do about anabolics as well but this forum is always dead in less someone asks a question you find stupid.

Im no expert but I know what I'm doing in a gym just fine. I'm just sick of a forum that does nothing but lerk til something pops up that they can ridicule. I'm not saying everyone does this example you give good info but it just sends to get worse and worse.

I give good info because I read read reeeeeeAaad. You can do it man I believe in you
