Tips on gyno prone (maybe)

Hey guys. looking at running a test only cycle for 12 weeks with hcg ai and pct. One thing im worried about is Gyno. So i didnt have gyno during puberty but i have a rather large chest id say and when i hold my arms out in front of my body and look down i see a bit of something in the angle of my chest which leads me to believe that maybe upon bulking rapidly i may run into some issues either during or after cycle. Already done a bunch of reading on it just looking for some straight up advice from some experienced guys concerning preemptive strikes on gyno and what to do if it starts happening, mildly or severly. thanks. Also ive been doing a bunch of Flyes instead of bench press to try and keep my chest raised up, any guidance on things like that would help too.
 
run 'Raloxifene' as a gyno prevention serm (insurance policy).. your controlling your Estrogen with and AI so you'll probably be fine, but raloxifene can be ran just in case or at least kept on hand

Psuedo-gyno (i.e. fat tissue) is not a predictor of real gyno. But if your body fat is that high, managing E2 is going to be tougher. It would be better to lower your body fat % before running a cycle.

Alright cool. And yeah I dont have fat pex or anything but my scale told me this morning im 20.2 % body fat :scratchhe but ill get some calipers i dont know how accurate my bathroom scale is ( is the one with handles also).
doesnt sound right to me. last i checked was 17-18. You mentioned it would be better to lower % b4 starting, in your opinion whats a good % for 5'11 and between 195-200 lb guy? considering that i plan on a test only cycle with no clen or t3.

couple ways to go about this ,, you can focus on building more muscle mass, which will in turn speed up your metabolism and help your burn fat to fuel the new muscle. Or, your can cut Bf% first , but you will lose some muscle in the process being you'll be going into a calorie deficit to burn the fat (and the muscles need a surplus of calories to grow), but at the lower body fat you will be 'primed' to grow and put on on new muscle with less aromatization. You could also run a test only cycle while 'cutting', and this will help your preserve muscle mass while going into a calorie deficit.

Understand, good info thanks. Yeah i think ill not worry too much about my body fat percentage right now (i can see muscle over the ribs) so my scale has got to be off and just go with the test only cycle and maybe cut down on carbs throughout the transition.

Neither of those methods are accurate. Not even close. Get a Body Pod Scan or Water weighing to see what your BF% is.

Guys under 15% body fat generally due better on cycles. Over that an aromatization is tougher to manage. And it is harder to see your muscle gains.

10-4 Sounds like the bod pod is easier than the hydro, now i gotta find out where on earth i can get this done lol.. nevermind. found one and its only 99.00 for two sessions
