something I came up with..just another way of making my breakfast while using the same ingredients.
I usually have 16 oz (460g) egg whites and 120g oatmeal (dry)..instead of having boiled oatmeal w/ scrambled egg whites, heres another way:
add 120g oatmeal w/ water in blender; add some of the egg whites; 12 pkts. splenda, cpl. shakes of cinnamon.
-mix consistency should be similar to pancake batter (I've been estimating)
- cook batter in skillet w/ pam spray, sprikle w/ molly mcbutter low sodium.
- scramble the remainder of the eggwhites not used in the batter.
equals apprx. 80g carbs, 50g protei
