Smoked Chicken Breasts are the way to go.

-Smoker $89
-Chicken $5-$10
-Hickory Wood Chips $5

Soak the wood chips in water for about 45 minutes, Prepare the charcoal in heat box. Put chicken breast on grill , add wood chips. Keep the temperature between 180-200 degrees F for approx 8-9 hours, adding chips, keeping the smoke going. In about 8-9 hours you will have the most tender , delicious chicken breasts ever and you will not need to add anything for flavor. The flavor is in the Hickory Chips.....You will never have to worry about dried chicken breasts EVER again!!!!
there is also Mesquite and Applewood flavored, but my favorite is Hickory....Try it, you won't regret it....:Party:
 
That is a great idea. I just baked 10 pounds of chicken breasts. Baking allows me to do a large amount at once. Smoking sounds as efficient, but tastier.
