Wanted to get some thoughts here....I've been feeling extremely drained (extremely unusual) the past 3 days - and want to know if anyone else has experienced this due to a similar cycle. My diet is solid (has been for 4 weeks) and am taking ample multi-vitamin, thistle, anti-oxidant and omega 3s. Diet is at approximately 3200 calories with 45 / 45 / 20 - Protein / Carbs / Fat. I'm also drinking a ton of water. The past 3 days I've felt like I could sleep the entire day and have zero energy. I'm 6'1" and now 215 lbs @ 15% to 16% BF.
Cycle details:
I'm starting week 4 of Test Omindren @ 500 mgs / week (twice at 250). I'm also starting week 2 of EQ @ 400 mgs / week (twice at 200). I am also starting week 2 of Var - started at 40 mgs a day (20 in AM, 20 in PM) and just bumped it to 60 mgs a day. I also just finished my first week of HGH @ 3 ius 5 days per week.
This is the first time I've taken everything combined - and first time I've been on HGH. I'm hitting cardio for 30 minutes 6 days a week (in the morning) and then lifting 5 days - extremely hard (another 1 1/2 hours in gym in evening). Not sure if this is an HGH-caused drop in energy, if my diet needs some tweaking or if I'm just pushing myself a bit too hard....and will rebound.
