What is the highest temp one can use to sterize the gear safely without damaging it? Always wondered it.

most stoppers are good to about 300f. 250-275f will work just fine. GMP calls for 120c for 60 minutes. this is for oily solutions and it is also noted that antimicrobials are of little use. while aqueous solutions call for 120c with antimicrobials and autocalving.
