To much or little for my goals?

I am pretty new to dieting, i have done ok in the past with making healthier choices than others tho. Heres a list of all my meals and also my stats. I do not want to get as big as i can, more so lean in appearance with wide upper body and small waist. Im already built natuarally with said stature just need to tune it in the right way and build some more LBM while maintaining physique. Also my workouts are medium to high intensity with 4 sets of 8 per workout per muscle group

28 y/o
6' 5" tall
225 dry
14.6% BF
4-5 years on off training

Meal 1. 2 whole eggs 4 egg white, 1 cup oats, 1 glass skim milk

meal 2. PWO- 2 scoops whey, 1cup mixed berries, 1 cup skim milk and a banana (blended shake)

meal 3. 1 chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli , 1 cup brown rice

meal 4. mixed nuts "unsalted" and white bagel

meal 5. salmon or lean ground beef, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mixed veggies

meal 6. handful of almonds and cottage cheese or 1cup lean ground beef

any insight or critiques wanted!
