Too Much Salt In My Diet....

evansss

GET BIG
I've really been on the grind lately with my diet. However something I noticed is that regardless of how clean I try to eat, my salt content is through the fucking roof. No health conditions, but I want to try to lean out as much as possible without feeling bloated or actually being fat. Do I need to watch my salt content, and if so whats a good number to try to aim for?

with no sodium-related health issues, i wouldnt be overly concerned about it.

i wouldnt eat tv dinners and soup all day, but you can feel free to salt your food when you need to.

i want to say the RDA for sodium is 2g, but we all know how relevant those are.

i aim for around that...but the day i actually kept track of portions and what i ate it was closer to 4g. i prolly average around 2500-3000

with that being said, you dont think that'll cause bloat?

no.

i remember someone saying that the rumor surrounding bloat associated with things like sodium and dairy comes from people with very low sodium/no dairy intakes who reintroduce it into their diet, and bloat temporarily while their body adjusts.

4g is fine.
