great post! from my experience though I've learned to not cheap out on vitamins and supplements in general. buy quality products as oppose to cheap generic ones which are often poorly utilized and not absorbed by the body. follow up on google and product reviews. there is def a difference
 
I think everyone should supplement with omega 3's, it's way too hard to get a descent amount through food everyday. Unless you got deep pockets and can load up on fish by the day.
