Top tips for building a big chest!!!!

squeezing exercises like flies. i prefer cable flies. also like any other muscle it takes time to gain a considerable amount of size, so don't get discouraged. the equivalent of a nice sized sirloin slapped on each pec would be nice but this can take a year or more.

try everything. (Except decline bench, that hits delts more than chest) try a few weeks of all rep & set ranges... stretch ALOT in between sets and after workouts. dont neglect pushups either!

Bench press 2 or 3 sets per week. 6 to 8 reps. After your warm up set rep 6 or 8 should be the last one you could possibly do, have help nearby incase you need assistance. If you can finish 8 reps but still have strength to do more then you dont have enough weight. Eat lots of protein.

Heavy presses. Be it dumbbell, barbell, whatever. Make it a priority to increase your weight. Incline and flats. If you're really struggling, use the smith machine. I do like the smith because I can concentrate on moving maximum weight without having to worry about balance, etc. Throw a couple hammer strength presses and finish with dips (elbows out) and you're G2G!

Don't forget that you need to build ur shoulders and triceps to be able to build that big chest
