been trainging natty for over 3 years. before i got into Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS)


now i been doing a 100 mg prop eod and bout to start the var in a week or two. im just waiting for the prop to kick in. its only been about 5 days. i was just wondering how long it will take for me to start seeing effects. im asking this as this is my first time with prop

Sounds good there, as far as effects go, alot depends on your diet and ancilleries..... Whats your diet looking like? Are you counting cals? Any test can be used for cutting or bulking some are better for either one but it ALL depends on the most anabolic substance which is food....so post it up and we can help you

Also so are you doing any cardio?
 
well i have a really hard time gaining weight. i stay around the 9% body fat all year long. so im naturally a skinnier guy. Im pretty much on that all you can eat diet trying to get 4k calories every day and AT LEAST 200gms protein. i try to keep my carbs on the higher end of the glycemic index. i never do any cardio... unless im trying to get rid of the fat on my core. with is minimal to begin with. i picked the prop var combination due to the quicker acting ester and decided that this would be a good summer lean muscle builder. iv taken var before and loved it. so i decided some prop with it would be good. and as far for routine. im a certified personal trainer so im not a newb in that subject
