well i have a really hard time gaining weight. i stay around the 9% body fat all year long. so im naturally a skinnier guy. Im pretty much on that all you can eat diet trying to get 4k calories every day and AT LEAST 200gms protein. i try to keep my carbs on the higher end of the glycemic index. i never do any cardio... unless im trying to get rid of the fat on my core. with is minimal to begin with. i picked the prop var combination due to the quicker acting ester and decided that this would be a good summer lean muscle builder. iv taken var before and loved it. so i decided some prop with it would be good. and as far for routine. im a certified personal trainer so im not a newb in that subject
