Training advice

I was wondering if anyone could advise me of a good training routine while using steroids - my aim of course is to gain lots of lean muscle mass.

On my previous cycle I used Anabol for 8 weeks and did 2 workouts weekly of essentially heavy compound movements (1 session upperbody and 1 session legs) - bench pressing, deadlifts, military presses, leg presses, dips and a few simple exercises. The rest of the week I spent doing quite high intensity interval training (probably a big mistake for achieving my goals).

On my next cycle I am thinking of using just test and seeing how that goes before a second cycle with test and Deca or Anadrol. Because I live in London I am now cycling to work and am getting a 50 minute ride in daily and certainly don't want to do any more cardio than this! I was wondering about doing my 2 big compound workouts and then filling in the gaps with more focussed training on my chest and shoulders and maybe arms. ...would this be too much?

Incidentally, on my previous cycle I put on the best part of 1.5 stone in the 8 week cycle.

Thanks very much StoneColdNTO. I have just read iron addict's sticky which is very informative and would probably suggest that the HardGainer routine was close to my routine.

My only question is what do you do when you are not at the gym? - eat, enjoy life or is there any other pro-active activities I can be doing?
